Visualization: SLA Calculations

WatchTower automatically calculates Service Levels for all monitored devices as part of its Automation Stack™. Customizable executive dashboards allow you to capture SLAs by business processes, as well as receive automated SLA reports in a variety of formats. SLA Dashboards provide:

  • Business Category SLA Uptime Gauges
  • SLA statistics visible in graphical charts & detailed data tables, in any timeframe
  • Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), To Failure (MTTF), To Acknowledge (MTTA), and Between Failures (MTBF)
  • Worst Performer reports
