Enterprise-Class Features: Monitors

WatchTower’s enterprise-class monitors allow you to view the capacity, performance and availability metrics of your monitored devices. WatchTower provides customizable monitors for CPU, Installed Software, Process, Storage, Memory, Windows Sessions, and File I/O among many others with thresholds, re-arm settings, violation intervals and alert de-duplication to manage sensitivity.

	CPU Monitors WatchTower has the ability to view CPU activity as an overview of total available CPU and as a detailed breakdown.

	Installed Software Monitors WatchTower displays all software that has been installed on a node and the date of installation

	Process Monitors WatchTower graphs the total number of processes running and lists each individual process along with the percentage of CPU and memory that the process is consuming.

	Storage Monitors For any storage device on your network, WatchTower displays each logical and physical mount points and their usage statistics.

	Memory Monitors WatchTower displays both the physical and virtual memory consumption of any server on your network along with the detailed breakdown of the page file activity

	Real time Monitors: Windows Sessions The Windows Sessions Monitor feature in WatchTower displays the number of open sessions to a given server. The time series graph displays the number of sessions running over time while the table below the graphs displays the details about the current open sessions or users logged in.

	Real time Monitors: File I/O The File I/O monitor in WatchTower displays the amount of file sending activity, in Blocks, and file receiving activity as of the last poll. The I/O Time Series displays a time series graph of all the polls that have occurred since this monitor has been open.
