| WatchTower includes a built-in,
all-encompassing Citrix polling solution, enabling customers
to monitor their Citrix Metaframe infrastructure. Our
remote Citrix agents may be deployed on any Windows
workstation or server (e.g. 2000, XP, 2003) to test
the responsiveness and health of any Citrix server farm.
The agent supports deep synthetic transactions using
the ICA protocol and measures the latency to and from
any Citrix server.
CITTIO has an enhanced Citrix poller to communicate
with the remote Citrix agent using SNMP. This allows
an administrator to directly monitor a Citrix farm as
well as simulate the “user experience” of
running the Citrix application through our remote agent.
All monitoring is centrally controlled through the Citrix
poller parameters in the poller package browser.
