CITTIO Support & Maintenance

CITTIO Customer Support is dedicated to helping customers drive business value from their WatchTower implementation. CITTIO proactively maintains contact with customers through the year including answering questions, adding support for new devices and facilitating local customer user interaction. In addition to unlimited phone and email support, WatchTower Support and Maintenance includes all maintenance releases and product upgrades. We will inform you of new maintenance releases and give you advance notice of future releases and beta programs should you wish to participate.

CITTIO offers three levels of support based on your business needs:

  • Standard support includes telephone support from 7:00AM – 6:00PM PST.  Email or portal submissions can be made 24 hours a day.
  • Support Plus provides additional off-hour support on an on-call basis. Support during off-hours is limited to high priority or critical issues.
  • Premier support includes 24 x 7 telephone support for complete coverage around the clock.

As part of the yearly WatchTower support and maintenance plan, all of our valued customers receive the following support and services:

  • Unlimited email support
  • Unlimited phone support
  • Unlimited customer portal access
  • Unlimited new device support
  • Maintenance releases
  • WatchTower product upgrades

Strong support is critical for promoting user adoption and maintaining a successful monitoring implementation.
