With WatchTower you can automatically and proactively monitor servers and network equipment in your data centers to facilities edge devices that track temperature and power. WatchTower supports all major
operating systems and server platforms monitoring not only
physical server characteristics such as storage, memory and
CPU, but also operating system behavior such as swapping,
user activity and uptime. Alerting can be done via email,
pager, SMS or text message.
Integrated application monitoring enables you to monitor Exchange, Citrix
and most any other application on your network to gauge the
reliability and latency of key business processes and systems.
Because WatchTower includes a role-based portal engine, you can rapidly
integrate with existing tools such as ticket tracking, service
desks, asset management and other monitoring or management tools. And, if you are looking for a federated CMDB, WatchTower is designed to work as a citizen CMDB to provide performance, event, SLA and asset information.
