CITTIO Managed Administration Services (CMAS)
enables your IT resources to focus on running and improving
your business operations, rather than tending to the administration
and configuration of your monitoring platform. While monitoring
your IT infrastructure is critical, ask yourself if your
staff should be experts on remediation and proactive maintenance — or
experts on administering your monitoring platform?
Think of CMAS as Expertise On-Demand. With three levels of administration services, CITTIO will assume from partial to full responsibility for day to day administration management of your CITTIO WatchTowerŽ monitoring implementation. The range of services starts with basic patching, upgrades and remote monitoring and moves to 24 x 7 administration including all upgrades, configuration changes, business process views, categorization of devices and services and anything else you want done.
Baseline Administration includes remote installation of all
WatchTower upgrades, patches and service packs for the licensed
release. We’ll also add updates for new IP-ready devices
as necessary. We’ll make sure your software is current
so you can focus on improving your business. We will also
provide remote monitoring of WatchTower. If something happens
to WatchTower — we’ll know and work with you
to get it working during normal business hours.
Includes Level 1 Baseline Administration and adds remote
configuration of WatchTower functionality and customizations.
Our staff, with years of experience, will extend your team
to keep up with your changing environment. You want to
add a new dashboard? Let us know. Monitor a new device?
Describe what you want done to us. Categorize all your
network assets? Let us know what categories you want or
let us come up with them for you. Signature Administration
is offered in blocks based on the number of managed nodes,
with configuration and customization work consuming those
blocks. Additional blocks can be purchased and large tasks
will be estimated in advance. We’ll provide Quarterly
Reports on your WatchTower system and activities performed
during the period.
Includes Level 2 Signature Administration and adds 24 x 7
delivery. If you need something done, we will be there to
do it – no matter what time of day it is. The ultimate
in administration.
