Jamie Lerner
President & CEO

Jamie Lerner has over fifteen years of experience in software development and high growth company management as the President and CEO of CITTIO. In 2001,Lerner founded CITTIO to address the need for cost-effective, easy-to-use; enterprise management software that he found was not available in the industry while managing thousands of servers at XUMA, Inc. Lernerco-founded XUMA in 1997 to serve the rapidly growing need for Internet services where he served as Chairman of the Board, co-CEO and Chief Technology Officer. Lerner and XUMA's management team grew the company to 340 employees and over $20M of annual revenues in just two years. XUMA served over 90 domestic and international customers, including Cannon, Logitec, Bristol Meyers Squib, Bayer, Boeing, Riverdeep, Chase H&Q, General Electric, PG&E and Aegis Insurance. Prior to XUMA, Lerner held senior positions at Platinum Technology Andersen Consulting.

Lerner drives the development of award-winning software and is widely quoted in top-tier publications including Fortune, Red Herring, Industry Standard, Computerworld, InfoWorld and Inc. Magazine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from U.C. San Diego.
Marc Sokol
Partner, JK&B Capital

Sokol has more than 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. Prior to joining JK&B, Sokol was a Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global Marketing for Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA) where he was responsible for product positioning, channel marketing, Web marketing and advertising. Prior, Sokol was a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology. He was actively involved in defining technical and product strategies for CA products and was responsible for the technical evaluation of strategic new business initiatives including database management, enterprise management and securityand was responsible for CA's merger and acquisition activities includinginvestments in technology ventures. Prior, Sokol was responsible for a number of engineering development projects at CA.

Prior to CA, Sokol was co-founder of Realia, Inc., where he co-authored the Realia COBOL compiler, runtime and various utilities. In 1991, he sold his company to Pansophic Systems, Inc., which in turn was acquired by CA. Early in his career, Sokol was a software developer at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.

Sokol is widely recognized as an authority on Internet and infrastructure technologies, including enterprise management and information security as well as 3-D visualization. He testified before the U.S. Congress on the Year 2000 computer challenges, and addressed the United Nations on the challenges of managing global computing infrastructures. He also has spoken frequently at seminars for chief information officers on maximizing business value from information technology.

Sokol is on the Board of Directors of AppStream, Cranite Systems, ClearPoint Metrics, Vormetric, Scalent Systems, AlterPoint, CounterStorm, Splunk and CITTIO.
Doug Hickey
Partner, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners

Doug Hickey is a Partner at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners. Hickey has more than 20 years of operational experience holding senior-level positions in the telecom, Internet and technology space. Most recently Hickey was CEO of Critical Path. Prior to Critical Path, Hickey was President and CEO of Global Center. Global Center became one of the first and largest providers of advanced web hosting. After selling Global Center to Frontier Communications in 1998, Hickey was named President of Frontier Global Center and Executive Vice President of Frontier Communications Corporation.

Hickey also held the position of president and CEO of MFS Datanet, the Internet and data arm of MFS communications. MFS Datanet grew to more than $200 million in revenues and became widely recognized as the leading bandwidth and connectivity provider to more than 3000 ISPs and leading corporations worldwide. Hickey was a key member of the team that negotiated the purchase of UUNET, positioning MFS as the world leader in Internet data traffic. Prior to this, Hickey held several other senior-level management positions including general manager of North America at Ardis, a Motorola company. Hickey received a B.S. in economics from Siena College.

Currently, Hickey sits on the Boards of Move Networks, Martin Dawes Systems, Yosemite Technologies, Scalent Systems, InMage Systems, SignalDemand, Success Metrics, CITTIO, and Communicado. Doug founded the Douglas T. Hickey Chair in Business at Siena College and serves on Siena’s board of directors.
